When you log onto lavantgarde.com (the "Site") and you provide Information to us through this Site, it is important that you are aware of the type of information collected about you and how that information is used. Your visit to the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy only covers information provided to, and communicated from lavantgarde.com and it does not apply to any other information or communications that may be obtained from outside sources such as communications from salons, distributors, marketing agencies, stores etc.

1. Collection and Use of Information by L'Avant Garde

L'Avant Garde does not, by any means, collect personally identifiable information ("Information") about you, except through you such as when completing user registration forms or online surveys. In such Instances, you may be asked to provide contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address), identifying information (age group, gender) and the Company products you use. By submitting this Information on the Site, you are giving the Company your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

2. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

L'Avant Garde will never, knowingly, provide your Information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent. We may disclose necessary Information under the following circumstances to:

a. Comply with any applicable laws, regulations or government request

b. Other companies and agencies for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.
